How do you add creative recipes

I am playing project ozone 2 kappa mode and would like to be able to make creative items. Of course I want them to be a challenge to get it. Any help is appreciated

I'm fairly sure many of the creative items HAVE recipes in Kappa Mode; they require extremely expensive items and the Avaritia dire crafting table. Certainly I've seen people make the creative fluid tank and creative energy cell from Thermal Expansion, and creative steam generators from Big Reactors and MagneticCraft.
