i'm in class and have ftb on my school laptop and i want to play ftb i am able to play at home with the same laptop, but when im at school i turn on the launcher and it just says loading mod pack and it never loads i need help to keep me from being bored in class.......

Amen. School is to learn things and not play videogames. Good thing they seem to be blocking it ^^
Feed the Beast does not support pirates. That being said, the Feed the Beast community will not support you trying to play games while you should be learning.

im not a pirate for one two i can play the game just fine at home just when im at school and how do uk if im at a public school or a private school? plus if anything minecraft is like the best thing to have in school... apparently u havnt seen wat minecraft has done in school there are teachers who allow to use minecraft to do certain projects and with FTB it adds more objects into the game that you couldnt do like oil and making bio gas and machines.... im just bored when im done doing all my class work so minecraft helps take time off. i dont get to play games after school cuz right after school i go straight to work and work until 10pm not much time to do anything.
I was not saying you are a pirate, I was saying you are trying to break the rules. Regardless of the level of the rules, they are still rules.
Yes I have, and I support Minecraft EDU 100%. But your school has the game blocked from their internet, and they have it blocked for a reason. I, and most other people on these forums, will not help you break the rules of your school. Pretty sure that's illegal.
If you are bored in class, ask your teacher to help you get the game going. Study for exams if you need to kill time during class.

no way u serious i didnt think of tht. we dont have exams in spanish.... we sit there and he just gives crossword puzzles to us and like 4 min work. and do u think to think tht the school system here is not to bright..... they block anything and everything can't use alot of anything to get our work done. and ya ik the grown up world im not slow im a pretty intellient person a lot more smarter than most folks in this school, and everyone breaks the rules. i dont see how minecraft is going to be breaking the rules of the system tht is alrdy broken....
it's not the point of minecraft breaking the rules of an in your oppinion broken system. If we whould help you getting minecraft to work at school we whoud be breaking the rules of the school (they blocked it), and further we whould help you breaking the rules.
Continuing to break rules in a broken system does not solve anything. If you want to play Minecraft while you are in school, ask your school to allow it.
oh no i have minecraft working on my computer just FTB i can play vanilla minecraft just fine i just want FTB cuz well regular minecraft gets boring after a few weeks and you really thing the school would come and break down ur door and say did u help this person play a game on his computer.... it could be worse i could be asking how do i get gta on my computer.... cuz everyone is putting tht on their computer but no im asking for FTB
If you really want to play this game while at school, ask your school to allow it.
You are missing our point. We will not aide in you breaking the rules of your school. No amount of re-wording or content-twisting is going to change that.
Edit: If you are not willing to ask your school to change their rules for you to "not be bored" during class downtime, then do not ask other people to help you get around their security measures. They are in place for a reason, and that reason is, more likely than not, not in place to inconvenience you.
No offense, but you guys are just providing more distractions for this kid while he's supposed to be at school. There's no sense in getting into a debate with a kid; the logicky parts of their brains aren't fully developed yet. Explain your position and let that be enough. Ask your school to change its security protocols so that you can play this game. Do not ask us to help you in this endeavor.
