How do I upgrade my servers FTB Infininity from 1.62 to 1.70?

How do I upgrade my servers FTB Infininity from 1.62 to 1.70?​

Details of the issue:
I run a server from my home PC and I would like to know if it's possible to upgrade the server to 1.70 without having to restart the world, I tried to upgrade by just copying over the new files but then my world wouldn't start up. I restored to the backup and it's fine now. Just want to know if I can upgrade without having to restart the world, thanks :)​

I was actually able to fix the first error I got that was saying there was duplicate mods... Didn't realize I had to delete the mods folder before copying over new files.

Now I get another error that says: Missing 17 blocks/items, AWWayofTime:itemBloodmagicBook.
