How do I update my FTB Unleashed server?

My FTB Unleashed server is currently on 1.5.2 and v1.1.3 of the mod-pack. But I would like to update the server to v1.1.4 of the pack. But I can not find a download for 1.1.4 on the official site, how would I update my server to v1.1.4. Also I would like to activate the biomes o plenty mod into the server.
Can anyone help me?
Also sorry if I am on the wrong part of the fourms.
 
open the launcher, change your version in the launcher to 1.1.4, launch the game so it downloads (not sure if this step is needed but I normally do it just in case). After your game has loaded up, close the launcher and open it again...click "download server files".

Once you have the server files, take a backup of your server, then delete the mods/coremods folders (I normally delete config too, but that's not required), then upload all files and overwrite all existing files.

note: the launch/close/launch steps might not be required, that's just normally how I do it.
