Hi, I'm trying to disable cheats on SSP altogether so I'm not tempted to cheat?
I know there is a cfg file somewhere i need to edit but i can't remember where it is.
By cheats I assume you mean NEI. You can go to recipe mode. If you do not want to be able to change it while in game at all then you must change it in the NEI.cfg
Here are the lines you want to change. I've bolded the parts to change it to.
