How do I load my backup world

I'm not sure what happened but the world I created in single player got deleted. How do I load a backup.

In the folder for whatever modpack you use go to minecraft/backups and then unzip whatever backup you wish to use and put that in the save folder

if your even still having this issue i think the only file you need from the backup folder is the session.lock file
