How do I install FTB on a server with MMCA?

Well I was planning to put this in the server tech support area, but it said I had insufficient privileges... So the title says it all, I have a server that uses MMCA to control it, and I have no idea how I might install this. I tried putting all the files in the servers "minecraft" directory and renamed the FTB server JAR to "minecraft_server.jar" and my server hung up on "server is getting ready to start". Does anyone know how I could set this up?
