How do i import a world into my FTB launcher?

So yesterday my ftb launcher screwed up and removed my world from the ultimate pack but the world still exists as a file so I'm wondering how do I put it back in?

Locate the spot in which the ultimate pack is saved in and open it. Then go into the minecraft folder and copy your save into the "saves" folder. Good luck!:)
