How do I format an extracells drive to only take 1 fluid?

Long story short, I have extra cells, and ae2 stuff and I can't figure out how to format the cell to only accept one type of fluid. IIRC, in 1.6.4 it was possible with another block called a preformatter or something along those lines.

Anyone got any idea how?

Fluid cell work bench. It adds a specific one for fluid cells.

Or you can even do it with the standard AE2 cell workbench.

Put the cell in the top slot then drop a bucket of the fluid you want into one of the inventory slots.

If you take the cell out and drop it back in, you'll see it now registers as a fluid.
