How do I fix this?

I'm not sure what mod does this but when you look at a Thermal Expansion tank that has been placed in the world it will show you how much the tank can hold and how much it already has in it. What is the command to turn that back on? Somehow that was either turned off at server level or at player level and I can't figure out how to turn it back on.

Help please?
