How do i enable SpecialMobs + LycaniteMobs on a Monster Server?

The title is basicly all i need to know, How can i enable theese mods so the special mobs and lycanite mobs spawn? Iv edited modpack and enabled them. But i dont know what i have to do to make them work on my server?

This is my new account, And i fixed it, i didnt download the server before i enabled mods on edit modpack
