How do I download a modpack without the launcher?

Hello, my internet connection is poor right now and I am unable to download any of the FTB modpacks because it continuously disconnects me from the server. Is there any way I can download the Mindcrack pack (or any other FTB pack) without downloading it through the launcher? Because I get disconnected through the launcher.

You can directly download the server files, which I think could be used for your client... but it'll require a little bit of moving work on your side.
