How do i disable Xycraft Valve / Tank

Hi There, I would like to prevent xycraft tanks from being used on my server.
We are running ForgeEssentials. I have tried to add the valve id 1403:-1 (to disable all variants) into the banneditems config

But members are still able to craft the xycraft valve.

Any suggestions on how to effective disable the use of the valve or the forming of the xycraft tanks will be greatly appreciated.

There were quite a few bugs with it. But, i have been checking Soaryn's latest changelogs and it looks like the major instabilities have been fixed.
This is really good news.
