How do I disable the gregtech recipes?

Is there anyway I can have the old simple recipes. I know them off by heart from Tekkit and don't want to have to learn them again. Shall I just remove the gregtech mod?

There are only a few recipes that you can change to their old versions. They are listed in the configs. Depending on your pack makes a difference as to where Greg put the options for changing the recipes back. For the 1.4.7 packs the config you want is Recipes.cfg under header 'usefullrecipes' For the 1.5.2 packs you want DynamicConfig.cfg under header 'harderrecipes'
