How do I disable FTB from creating server.txt?

Like most of you know FTB creates Server.txt file on your desktop on every run. Since FTB doesn't automatically delete those it's very annoying to delete it every single time. Is there a way to disable this?

I've never seen this file, couldn't you just move where FTB installs so you don't have to look at it?

Do the instructions still say to put the exe in a folder first, before running the installer?
Then installing it in the folder instead of ap data?
(that would fix this, if it must be fixed)

Unfortunately, when I have FTB launcer somewhere else than on my desktop, the launcher doesn't work properly. (downloads modpacks but is unable to launch them)
Why won't the launcher create the server.txt in the install folder?

I'm being really thick here, what even appears in the server.txt file? I'm sure I've never seen it.
