Problem How do I delete items from a persons inventory.

So today I found an unnamed item in someones chest, thought it would do damage to the server so I removed it, but I forgot my hand was empty and I placed it in my hand. Thus crashing me.

How can I delete the items from my hand or the unnamed in my hand server side?
