How do I delete and reinstall in a different directory?

I installed the FTB in my download directory and didnt realize that there are logs generated everytime I play. Is there a way to delete and reinstall and make a folder named FTB and put it in there so I dont have the logs withing my dload dir?
 
If you go to the Options tab in the launcher you can change the directory it installs to there.
