How do I create the Mod Pack ?

I am Japanese. So, I can't speak English well

I'm making mod pack.
It name is "Wa -Industry-"(和 -Industry-). Because it used many Japanese mods(about 20).

Well, it is main subject.
I can't find how to upload mod pack. If you are kind, please teach me.

firstly have you gotten permission to use these mods if yes then you can upload to a site or even later but it in curse
