How do I automatically feed killer joe?

Supply a "The Vat" with with ingredients to make Nutrient Distillation. Rotten Flesh and Sugar is the easiest to get usually.
Use pipes/fluid conduits/ducts to extract the Distillation and pipe it into the Killer Joe.
If you want you can use something like Tesseracts/Ender Tanks to send the Distillation over large distances/dimensions. The Tesseract can be used to teleport mob drops back to base as well, though it cannot transport the Liquid XP as well(you already use the fluid channel for Distillation).
Example:
Here the Vat(left) is right next to the Killer Joes(3 on the right side). I am using EIO Ender Fluid Conduit(They can handle multiple fluids) to transport the Nutrient to the Joes, and export the Liquid XP to the Tesseract at the bottom.
There is an Advanced Item Collector(Random Things aoe item collector) on the Tesseract, which collects the mob drops and send them back to base.
