How do i auto backup my server World files.

just so everyone know i have dylexia and english is not my main language but i hope it will be readable. ​

so i just started hosting a FTB DW20 server 24/7 but i need a way to auto backup my saves. I NEED every backup to have a seperate name based on time/day/month and so on.​

what I'm looking out for is either a mod or a separate program. i have tried to make a java program my self but im way to new to java to even get close ;(.​

so if any one knows a way i can do this please contact me.​

In the top thread on setting up a server, has a shell script for making backups of the whole directory.
