How do I add a recipe in FTB Infinity Ev. Expert mode?

Hi guys, I have a small question. I play FTB Infinity Evolved in expert mode, but I would also like to use the ender thermic pump, because it creates less lagg in my opinion. Does anyone know how to enable this single one recipe?

Why do you need a pump in the first place?

If you're pumping lava, lava power is disabled.

If you're pumping oil, it may not be able to differentiate between oil and water, unless it's a desert spout.

Well I wanted to get rid of the water, which I accidentally created underneath my base, and since I read that the thermic pump can now also funktion in the overworld I thought I could give it a chance.
