How Do I access saves folder?

Im not very good with computers and I need to know how to access the saves folder of FTB so I can make A backup of my world. Im on a macbook pro also.

 

Not sure abt mac, but on windows, I go to the download folder and click FTB folder and then saves

 

There shouldn't be any issues with accessing the saves folder, Unless Mac does something odd the saves folder *should* be found at "<folder that the launcher jar is in>/<modpack>/minecraft/saves/"

 

I found them! Feed The Beast.app 'right click - show contents' /Java/modpack/minecraft/saves/
