How do download a modpack?

I am absolutely clueless and frustrated... please help.
I downloaded Direwolf20 from the website.
How to I play it? It just opens up into a bunch of files.

It needs to be installed into an instance of Minecraft that has had the correct version of forge installed. Easiest is to download the FTB launcher or the Curse Voice app (on Windows pc) and go from there.
