Windows .exe How can you set up more than one instance of a modpack

Hi, to whoever is reading this
as you probably have seen, I am struggling to set up another instance for a modpack.
the reason is that I want to change some stuff in one, without harming the other.
If you can help me, please reply.

It is Edit:not supported (cannot be done) with the current launcher, but the upcoming FTB launcher is said to have this capability.

Edit: I like UniZero's suggestion better than the one idea I had.

You could import the modpack into MultiMc as that allows for multiple instances.
