How can I spawn in mysticraft pages?

I'm playing around in creative and would like to experiment with some mysticraft, however I found pages are no longer in the NEI list.

How can I spawn in pages to make some books?

You can get a notebook spawned in creative which should contain all the pages.

What ID's are the pages supposed to take?[DOUBLEPOST=1378100620][/DOUBLEPOST]I might add I have some additional mods installed.

There should be a creatively spawned notebook there, maybe you have to go to the creative menu itself to find it. If there is any ID conflict, you can dump the ID's through NEI and change them to something that's available. Then they should be there.

What modpack are you using? If you are using unleashed, you will need to install the NEI Mystcraft plugin for the pages and panels to appear in NEI.

Also, any idea why I keep getting twilight forest trees in ages?

I found it doesn't happen if I add villages.
Also villages seem to be mysteriously missing from the world gen. Ever place where a village should be there's a dimensional door.
