How can i move FTBApp + my world to an external harddrive?

I wish to run and have the world cache files in an external harddrive, is it possible?

I dont know exactly where those cached files are, all i know is that the more i play, the less space i have in my main HD and its a work computer, so its starting to be ugly...

Im on a mac M1, if this helps with anything...

Thanks for any help possible...
