One of the gtech machines lets you do that. Advanced buffer or translocator, or something. You could also use a router ('s what I do).
Use an Emerald Pipe.
It has a filter.
Or filter them out with Redpower machines.
Read above, the emerald pipe isn't pulling correctly.
Post a screenshot of your setup, because my wooden pipe attached to the side definitely doesn't pull the empty cells.the industrial electrolyzer? It keeps pulling out the empty cells before the electrolyzer gets a chance to use them.
And i've tried every side.

(Make sure the empty cells are in the bottom slot.)
Ok, I did that. But I have another issue. I hooked up an emerald pipe to only pull hydrogen and air cells and the reaction creates 4 hydrogen 1 air but the emerald pipe will only pull 1 of each out each time the electrolyzer finishes it's cycle. It's ignoring the remaining 3 hydrogen even though I have it set to constantly pulse regardless of circumstances. Why would this be?
Emerald pipes insist on cycling through their filtered blocks until they get one of each. Once you've pulled one air cell and one hydrogen cell, it'll wait forever until it gets another air cell. You could solve this by using two separate emerald pipes with one item each...or maybe setting the first four filter slots to hydrogen and the fifth to air? Not 100% sure that would work, but it's worth a try.
