How can i install Optifine mac?

So i cant find a vid showing me how to install optifine for the current version of mac also im not sure what download i need of optifine im on FTB Ultimate 1.1.2 also have any of you got any more ideas of how to get rid of lag ive disabled all the voxel mods allready but im not sure what else i can do.

Please help currently i get about 12 FPS atm thanks

Download the most stable version of 1.4.7 Optifine, go into your FTB Launcher. Click on FTB Ultimate, click Edit Mod Pack, click Jar Mods, click Add Mod. Find your mod (I recommend having an Additional Mods folder for FTB), find Optifine, and add it. Start FTB.
