How can I get the "EthoPack" to work on the Curse Launcher

Recently, I've tried getting Etho's modpack; and many people tell me to get the old FTB launcher (not curse) But I can't seem to find it. I've come to the conclusion they only have the curse launcher available for download now. But my real trouble is not being able to find Etho's modpack on the curse launcher, so if someone could help me that would be appreciated.

Proper answer(?): Contact pack author and ask him to upload pack into curse or ask him to use automatic Curse sync explained in FTB's third party pack documentation.

My personal answer: do not bother. That pack has been abandonded. Try other packs with newer forge versions and mods.
