Problem How can i disable some of ray's minimap options on servers?

I am using FTB ultimate pack local server , 3GB ram 64- bit windws 7. How can i disable some of the ray's minimap otions in my server? For instance i would like for players not to be able to see where other players are using the minimap or the giant name tag above their heads ( not the vanilla one). Also i would like for people not to see where monsters are by using the minimap.

I thought Ultimate used VoxelMap not REI's?

As far as I know, the name tags are handled client side so you can't do anything about that.
