How can I add Plugins (Permissions, World Edit) to FTB Infinity Lite server?

I have it running - just downloaded the servers files, extracted, Install.bat, Start.bat

I'd like to add permissions plugin and WorldEdit.

I tried using something I found called Sponge but worldedit doesn't seem to work. I added spongeforge-1.10.2-2281-5.2.0-BETA-2313.jar to 'mods' folder. and worldedit to 'plugins'

maybe I'm using the wrong versions of these files? FTB Infinity is Minecraft Version 1.10.2.

Help would be greatly appreciated!

You can find worldedit here, https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/worldedit It is a forge mod so it goes into the mods folder. You should be able to find permission plugins at the Sponge forum
