Problem Hosting FTB Revelation server

Hi, recently me and a couple of my friends decided to get back into FTB. After looking around, we decided that we would play FTB Revelation. So here's my question, I currently own two computers, one which is my main rig:

- i7-6700k 4 cores @ 4GHz, 2x8GB DDR4, GTX 1080, 250GB SDD + 2TB HDD which runs Windows 10

And a second one (old rig) :

- i3-2015 2 cores @ 3.1GHz, 2x4GB DDR3, AMD Radeon HD 6550 series, 1TB HDD which runs CentOS 7


Would I be able to run a FTB Revelation server on my old rig considering there's 4 of us or would I be able to host on my main rig while playing?
 
Video card is not usfull for server. It runs in console mode, not GUI.
i7 is better than i3, 16 GB is better than 8 GB, CentOS is better than win10.
If U can install linux on first it will be better.
