Title Horzion III extreme low fps.

Details of the issue I've had no issues running different FTB mod packs. but in this one my FPS doesnt go over 20.
Specs -
I5 6500 3.20
R9 390
16 ddr 4 ram
I gave the game an unlimited amount of ram, it's using only 4-5 gigs.
