Horrible texture glitches (Regrowth)

Details of the issue Whenever I enter my world, textures won't load, and the whole world is covered in weird lighting glitches and static. My HUD, menus and items both in my inventory and dropped on the ground load just fine, however. This problem happens across all of my saves, including new ones.

I've tried restarting my game, restarting my PC and reinstalling the whole pack, but none of it helped.
