Horrible Block Lag when playing FTB Revelation

Hi, I am currently attempting to play FTB Revelation (with a few extra mods such as WildNature), and there is block lag to the point where the game is practically unplayable. I am using 64 bit Java, I have a 2080ti graphics processor, an intel i7 core, and 32 gb of ram. I know that Minecraft is notoriously poorly optimised, but I think that my computer should be more than powerful enough to run this modpack. Thanks!

Note; I am using MultiMC launcher after reading some not so great reviews about Curse's memory dumping.
