Windows .exe Horizons Not Loading

Not sure excactly of the error, but it appears to be Java. No offense intended, but you said you completed the trouble shooting guide. However the log says you are still using Java 7 update 40. The most recent update is 45. Please uninstall all versions of Java, restart and then install update 45. Then please post a new console log if you are still experiencing problems.

I am using 45. I dunno why its showing 40. I have deleted everything again. Giving up till tomorrow.
