Windows .exe Horizons not launching after "a few" more mods installed

One of the mods in the picture not compatible with the one that's marked and i would like some help with finding out which

There is no official release of EE3, wait for it to be added to the modpacks, this should be before next year.

No, whatever it was that you downloaded was not provided by Pahimar.

Edit: Unless you compiled it yourself, in which case, we do not provide support for adding mods that do not come in the mod pack. Especially unreleased ones that you have to compile yourself.
