Horizons III Crashes before loading

Modpack version 1.4.0

Have you modified the pack? No

Details of the issue I can load up other modpacks that are 1.12 just fine. Whenever i try horizons III however it comes up with an Exception in thread "main" com.beust.jcommander.ParameterException: Can only specify option --width once.

Not great with coding, maybe someone else could take a look?
