[Horizons] Fps issues in-game + main menu

I'm stumped as to why this is happening so i thought id attempt to ask here,

First thing first, i do not have Optifine.

In the main menu i'm getting severe FPS lag and about a 5-10 second delay on anything i attempt to do, once in game i get 1 FPS while roaming around the world and once i pause onto the in-game menu i suddenly get upwards of 50-100 FPS which is my norm on on the other modpacks.

I have got all my settings at the lowest they can be, and it is not an issue with 1.6.4 MC itself as i have run on 1.6.4 vanilla and it works fine.

Are you using the jvm arguments from this thread.

i just put them in, its the same as it was before but it seems now i'm not getting the FPS boost on the in-game menu after adding them.

Please read this for future support requests. http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/what-support-cant-the-help-desk-tech-support-offer.27862/ FTB Tech Support cannot offer any info on FPS issues due to the many problems it could be.
