Horizons does not download Minecraft.jar

I keep getting this error whenever I try to open Horizons. I did some investigating and found out that it does not automatically download the Minecraft 1.6.4 .jar files and assets. Will putting 1.6.4 files into the directory help? If so, please link files. If not, what can I do?

You have a space after Minecraft. Remove it
