I fixed it with the help of Padfoote, accidently had skyblock options on for Ex Nihilo

Er wha? Can you put a full modlist(in a spoiler please). And pastebin your forgemodloader-0 client log?
 
You have Ex Nihilo, which, as far as I can understand from the forum post on it, forces a void generation. It's meant for skyblocks.

but? the same file didnt force a void in 1.0.7
you know what i bet you it was a config file i skipped
