Your going to have to backup the server and remove the DNA breeder with MCEdit. It is at this location, 'Block location: World: (475,64,-233)' It may appear as a block of air or an unknown. That is because MCEdit is meant for vanilla, but is good for removing pesky ticking blocks.

Yes I removed it with MCEdit and fixed the issue.

I do not know how the player got it. He tell me that maybe is some bug. And now I do not have more the ID of the item. Sorry.

One of my players managed to do this by just putting a gene in the DNA breeder. Do you happen to have MCPC+.
