Horizon won't launch

I followed the reinstall trouble shoot guide and I still have this error. (I couldn't find the console log since when I launch Horizons the client and console close.) This is all I could get a picture of because it closes too fast.

I have the same problem. I had to wait app. 5 minutes (or at least the time it takes to register for these forums ) and then it started downloading additional files.
I have no time to wait for it, but perhaps you just need to be patient.

Update: After waiting another minute or 2, it downloaded yet again some additional (sound) files, then it started.
For me, it just took a bit of time.
