Windows .exe Home PC hosted server crashes every few minutes

I uploaded a couple of crash reports
I'm using Java 7 64bit, Windows 7, the recommended FTB Unleashed version and the server I downloaded from the Launcher.

Even in another language I know the error. It is common and known. Add the folder '.\world\' to the exceptions list of your antivirus program on the server.
