Highest damage tool/weapon?

What can one obtain that does the highest amount of damage in survival? The pack doesn't matter, but does anyone know what does the most damage?

Signalum Crossbow with Enderium coated Steel Bolts is going to be a front runner in most packs with TiCo, TE, and ExtraTIC.

I suspect Draconic Evolution has some uber powerful weapons, as that seems to be the MO of the mod in general.

Wait I just remembered, I can't recall if this is correct but isn't there an extremely small chance of getting that one pan from tinkers construct in a dungeon chest? The bane of pigs! Is it possible to obtain that from dungeon loot/jungle loot/ in survival in any way?
