Since you've requested help here I'm going to assume that you wish for help here instead (@Ashzification). The above error has one known solution. You need to delete the libraries folder, just outside the mod pack folders, restart the launcher and launch a 1.6.4 pack to let it redownload. So if you have the mod packs on your desktop in its own folder as recommended it would be like this 'C:\users\User\FTB\libraries' the packs are 'C:\users\User\FTB\Direwolf20_1_6_4'
