I have an old single player world and I wanted to add FTB Unleashed to it. Is that possible?

I will assume that you mean vanilla "old single player world". Yes, this is possible, but not recommended.

Just copy the old world from your C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves to <your FTB dir>\Unleashed\minecraft\saves directory

It's not quite that simple when you're using world gen mods. Hopefully, they won't cause errors.
