Details of the issue My private server i have been working keeps crashing when ever i try starting up and i keep getting that error can someone help me pls?

The error is quite clear:
  1. Missing Mods:
  2. Forge : [12.18.3.2316,)
You have a wrong version of Forge installed on the server. Forge{12.18.3.2185} [Minecraft Forge] (my.jar)
