Every time I try to tp to my base I fall out of the world can anyone help me with this problem

You're using /tp? In which case it's probably that chunks aren't getting from the server to the client fast enough.

I'm using waypoints to tp and I have a chunk loader at my base.

Even if the server loads a chunk, that doesn't mean your client is constantly aware of what's going on in it. Again, a communication problem between the client and the server is probably the issue.

Unless you're in SSP, in which case do you happen to have Optifine?

If you are going to cheat anyway, why not do it the safe way?
