Help with the lock and key items.

Hello, I was just playing on an FTB Infinity lite server with some of my friends and I made the lock and key item to lock a chest and now I can't seem to open it Help!.

We've got the exact same problem on a server my family are playing on, even when OP and in creative the chest can not be accessed or destroyed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
